The organisation

Built like a sports club, not a content house

Every player is salaried, contracted and has access to a performance coach, a nutritionist and a sports psychologist. Streaming obligations are capped in writing.

The training house is a facility, not a content set. Cameras are not allowed in the practice room, which is why our practice is actually useful.
